Great location, very peaceful, having two gates to come into the property was good as we knew it was secure for our dog. Cosy and warm, the kitchen was well equipped and there were lovely Christmas decorations up too. Having the secure dog field two minutes walk away that you can book online was an added bonus.

This cottage is of such a high standard. I've stayed in a few and this was by far the best. It's cosy, warm and well equipped. It's quiet with a great outlook, but also not too far from the local town. Ideally situated to explore York and the east coast. Sheila and Tom were perfect hosts and I would not hesitate to book again.
