Stayed for 3 nights at The Hayloft - absolutely brilliant break. Lovely welcome from Katrina - the fresh baked loaf & farm eggs were a real bonus. Peaceful, beautiful location - central to lots of places. We visited Whitby (1 hour away) Bempton Cliffs & Flamborough Head (20 minutes) & York (1 hour.). We had a lovely stay at The Hayloft in late August. The property was first class and was equipped with everything we needed. The little extras of homemade bread, marmalade, biscuits and eggs were a very pleasant surprise. The main highlight of our stay was the fabulous garden. It was also easy to get to a number of seaside resorts from here. After Read morevisiting the tourist hotspots, it was nice to return to the peace and quiet of The Hayloft. This is a beautiful property set in stunning grounds, ideal for wildlife watching from the living room window, especially in the early morning. The area has lots to offer both inland and at the coast. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. We had one request which was acted upon immediately.

A very comfortable cottage with views of the glorious gardens, peace and tranquility. Five to seven miles for eating establishments. Yorkshire Wolds close to the coast for sea air too..

Wonderful accommodation set amidst stunning gardens with access to the owners farmland. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Host very welcoming and good location for the coast and moors. Would highly recommend.
