Lovely house in a beautiful part of Yorkshire. The free ranging sheep give the village a unique character. We were a group of eight, and we all enjoyed the accomodation. The rooms are well designed (many of them with large windows), comfortable and spacious. We all slept very well. We used the outdoor covered barbeque one evening even though it wasRead more raining. We were able to fit three cars in the off road parking area. Because the house is near the end of a gated road it felt very safe and secure. Hide

Curlew Cottage was a beautiful location for our family to celebrate a big 70 birthday. The beds were very comfortable; the showers excellent, the best electric shower my son in law had ever experienced, and the pool room was the source of much hilarity, especially if it was my turn. The enclosed garden was great for the dogs. A good time was had byRead more all! Hide

We had a wonderful Christmas in Curlew cottage: Gorgeous location. Absolutely charming cottage which was extremely well equipped. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space for 6 and a dog. The pool table was put to great use. Only issue was that the Wifi only works intermittently. Our hosts made us feel very welcome.
