Climb 32 steps to reach the front door of the property and make yourself at home in the comfortable lounge with neutral tones, a soft rug beneath your feet and two plump sofas which sit on either side of the wood burner effect gas fire and SmartTV. After cooking a special meal for your loved ones, dine together at the intimate table with seating for four. On the first and second floor is a family bathroom plus two bedrooms – a double and a twin. Outside is a patio with furniture.

A lovely weekend break in this pretty, character cottage. Perfect location for us (2 adults), though theres number of steps up to the cottage and may not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Gorgeous little garden which had a lovely outlook for a coffee/glass of wine. It suited our requirements and would definitely return.

We loved the central location & the cottage had everything we needed. We especially loved the views & the outside terrace area. Kitchen well stocked with modern equipment, comfortable lounge & beds & a hot shower. Very cosy & warm - recommended.

We loved this old cottage and it's lovely sun-trap garden, very handy for the town and the harbour. Comfy beds and surprisingly quiet on a night, especially given it's central location.

We had a wonderful week here and felt at home from the very first minute. The cottage is in a quiet location, cosy, the kitchen is well equipped and we really enjoyed the terrace with the small garden - and the singing birds. Nice side effect: the great bookshop right next door in Church Street. We would love to come back.

Nice property for the fit and able. Sadly no parking close to the property and getting the car close to the property was still a long walk back and forth with luggage while parked on the main pedestrian road thought the town. Property living room was very small and not great for comfort.

We had a very nice stay at the house. The location is great, a quiet corner just off the main attractions. Close for everything, railway/bus station, shopping and restaurants. In particular the small garden is a plus on sunny days. The house was very well cleaned when we arrived. Definitely not suitable for wheelchair or small kids, but more spacioRead moreus than we expected from the pictures. There is no dishwasher but otherwise well equipped, incl iron and a ironing board and a good collection of DVDs and books. At the same time there was enough space for our luggage, food etc. Hide

We had a wonderful stay at this cosy, well equipped and clean cottage. The location is perfect right near all the local shops, pubs and restaurants. Our dog enjoyed Tate Hill Beach which is so close to the cottage.
