A lovely place to stay to celebrate a birthday, especially with the hot tub. Everything we needed was in the cottage and the owners sent a useful list of recommendations for food and visits in the area.

Perfect location, the basket of fizz, crisps etc was a very nice touch. Very clean, beds very comfortable, though the bunk beds are more for children not adults.

We had a pleasant stay in Old Police Terrace in Great Ayton. The property is emaculate. It is beautifully clean and a pleasure to stay there. We know Great Ayton very well as we have relatives who live there so this was a perfect base for us.
