A stunning townhouse set in the centre of Harrogate, perfect for four guests with two en-suite bedrooms, a dedicated cinema room, and a charming patio to the rear. Spend days exploring the spa town before relaxing at this stylish retreat with your loved ones.

Climb the external staircase to the grand front door and head inside to the colourful semi-open-plan living space on the first floor. Get cosy on the sofas and watch the TV or socialise and play games together of an evening. An archway leads into the kitchen/diner where you can cook up delicious meals to fill up on after busy days exploring. Head downstairs and find a cosy cinema room where you can get stuck into your favourite movies. A handy utility room is also situated on this floor. Upstairs on the second floor are the two stylish and welcoming bedrooms set under exposed wooden beams. Firstly, a super-king-size bedroom with a wall-mounted TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a sumptuous free-standing bath. The second bedroom also contains a super-king-size bed, its own TV, and has an en-suite shower room. Lead out the kitchen door onto the south-facing patio area, take a seat on the garden furniture and sip on your morning coffee. The property also benefits from a Tesla charging point on the driveway.

Unwind at the famous Turkish Baths (300 metres), a sumptuous spa experience in Victorian surroundings. Head off to seek outdoor adventures in the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (15 miles) or visit the historic Ripley Castle (3 miles).

The location was brilliant and the house was very comfortable. Having a parking place was really helpful, though it was at times a little awkward to manoeuvre into or out of due to parked cars in the road

Wonderful property in a fantastic location in Harrogate where we had a great family holiday with our 4 year old. Parking was fine for our car (Rav 4). Property is very well maintained and equipped to a high spec. Hosts very helpful and friendly. Would happily stay again. Highly recommended.
