Enter the property and find yourself in the welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with natural light pouring through the floor-to-ceiling windows and glass patio door. Neutral-tones with grey and wooden accents fill the room – and the colourful curtains add a pop of energy. To one side of the room is a fitted ā€˜L’-shaped kitchen unit with wooden countertops. Opposite is a cosy lounge area with a sofa, woodburner and TV. Just behind is an intimate dining table for two. Climb the stairs to reach a cottage-style pink and wooden bedroom with skylights and a double bed. Completing the property is an en-suite shower room and a ground-floor utility cupboard. Outside is an enclosed garden with furniture on the patio.

What a wonderful home in a super location. The extras were very much appreciate - wine, sparkling water, chocolate and cookies. The wood fire was an added bonus and is very effective
