This luxurious farmhouse in Lund, East Riding, offers a fabulous base from which to escape everyday life and explore Yorkshire's rich and varied landscape. This lovingly restored former barn has an exceptional lounge/diner propped up by exposed beams and centred around a crackling wood burner, creating a cosy ambience for nights in. The kitchen also boasts rustic charm with its exposed brick, farmhouse-style design, and fully working AGA. The centre of the room is adorned by a magnificent island that can be the hub for socialising or grabbing a quick bite to eat. From the kitchen, let the outside in by opening the bi-folding doors to the patio area, where you can indulge in al fresco treats from the sizzling BBQ or spend quality evenings basking in the hot tub. At the end of each marvellous day, venture upstairs to find three sumptuous bedrooms; two super-king-size rooms and a welcoming king-size bedroom, all served by their own en-suite bathroom or shower room.

If you manage to tear yourselves away from this dream stay, there is a wealth of idyllic routes to explore by foot or bike. Whether you fancy wandering around the 17th-century gardens of Londesborough Park (10 miles) or strolling the 3-mile trail of Studley Royal Deer Park (10 miles), there is something for each adventurer to enjoy. Refuel with a trip to the nearby market town of Driffield (8 miles), where a wealth of history, shops and cafes await. The coast is just 22 miles, should you fancy a day at the beach.

The property was extremely well equipped and comfortable, we had everything that was required and more. Set in a lovely quiet village in a beautiful part of Yorkshire. Driffield and Beverly, which are both close had plenty to offer in the way of shopping. All in all we had a very memorable stay at the luxurious Manor Farm.

Absolutely fabulous. We all had a wonderful time and enjoyed the hot tub. The house is beautiful and super clean. Would definitely recommend.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We had a lovely time and will definitely be returning. Excellent location, York not far away and Beverley was worth a visit. The barn had everything we needed and the hot tub was a bonus. Didnt want to come home! Highly recommend.

See above and also the TV in the large main bedroom is ridiculously small and could not be watched in the bed or the bath as was suggested on your literature. Its a shame because the rest of the house was really nice and as described.

Manor Barn is a beautiful property in a lovely village. The owners have decorated the property immaculately and it has been so well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. We had everything we needed to relax and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. We will be back one day.

A beautiful cottage in a lovely village. Wonderfully furnished throughout, with lots of space. 3 spacious en-suite bedrooms and lots of family space on the ground floor. A great location for a short break or longer getaway.
