The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped with lovely views over the country fields opposite , the front has sun all day with a pleasant seating area. A 10 minute walk downhill into Holmfrith which has lots of traditional type shops and pubs , nice base for seeing West Yorkshire .

Situated on the outskirts of Holmfirth, we used the car in and out the village to avoid walking uphill home (lazy!). The house is cosy and fulfilled what we needed.

Great location, and a lovely house. House was cleaning, and well equipped. Plenty of street parking outside the house.

A lovely house with ample room for five of us. It was great to have a choice of communal areas to sit together inside and out. Great kitchen with plenty of storage space & in double bedrooms too. It's just down the hill to town centre and not far to the river- we walked to Thongsbridge one way and enjoyed a shorter circular walk the other way alongRead more the river too! A lovely stay, would definitely come back. Hide
