This charming, dog-friendly cabin on a working farm is perfect for families and friends seeking a peaceful retreat in nature. Set among the rolling landscapes of the Yorkshire Dales and Swaledale, it offers ideal access for walkers, cyclists, and nature lovers. Just 5 miles away, Richmond is a vibrant market town with a cobbled marketplace, varied cafes, and a striking Norman fortress offering panoramic views and riverside strolls.

Step up to the decked veranda and into this delightful cabin, which offers all the contemporary comforts for a memorable stay. The wood-panelled ceilings and round timber log walls create a warm, textured and cosy environment that invites everyone to unwind during their stay. Head into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a lovely social space and ideal for relaxation. Sink into the comfortable seating, pop a log on the wood burner and watch a family favourite on the Smart TV. At the rear of the cabin is the kitchen featuring all the appliances necessary to cook up a storm. Gather around the wooden dining table for family meals, while the breakfast bar for two is ideal for drinks. Drift off to sleep in one of three spacious bedrooms, all with a TV - one en-suite king-size and two double. A characterful bathroom completes the interior features. Outside, you can unwind in the hot tub, fire up the BBQ or keep warm by the firepit while stargazing. There is private parking for three cars.

Head into the Yorkshire Dales for hiking and sightseeing, with historic Bolton Castle and Aysgarth Falls within 20 miles, offering adventures and activities for all ages. Alternatively, spend a day exploring Raby Castle, Park and Gardens, less than 14 miles away, which offers events all year round.

The cottage is superb and the view in the front is absolutely breathtaking, It's a place where we can all relax and enjoy the country life

This was a wonderful property. The owner was lovely and really helpful and informative. Everything for a fab self catering experience. Really clean and lovely inside and out. If were back in the area we wouldnt hesitate returning. Weve stayed in many places but this was way above many of the others. Fantastic scenery, great welcome. Great rural aspRead moreect.
