Step into the porch ā perfect for storing coats, boots and sandy shoes ā before entering the open-plan lounge and dining area. Brimming with character, this room boasts exposed beams, an original stone fireplace with a cosy wood burner, two comfortable sofas, leather armchairs and a Smart TV for evenings in. The generous oak dining table invites slow suppers and shared stories, while a serving hatch connects the space to the well-equipped kitchen just a few steps up. A further staircase leads to a third bedroom ā an ideal hideaway for older children or teens, with twin beds, beamed ceilings, beanbags and a second Smart TV for relaxed downtime. Outside, a bench at the front of the cottage catches the morning sun ā just the spot for your first coffee of the day or a quiet evening drink.
