We and a great weekend and we were lucky with a dry and sunny weekend. If you are looking for a quite quality break the Granary is perfect. It is well equipped, spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a perfect base to explore the area. Hornsea is a really pretty seaside town and the Windmill is in a peaceful location a short walk from the marRead moreketplace independent shops and restaurants and the seafront. We had fabulous walks from the door along the sand & pebble beach in both directions, sadly coastal erosion has destroyed most of the cliff top path but views along the beach didnt disappoint. Local tea shops provide scrumptious cakes and snacks and restaurants Millie Sapporo and Hornsea Tandoori were very good , but do book as the locals love them too. Returning home refreshed and recharged. Hide

A great stay at the Granary. Very comfortable bed. Hot powerful shower. The underfloor heating means the Windmill is lovely and warm. Location is great, a 5 minute walk into the village. The beach is also walkable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the mill very much!!! The equipment is of high quality, even at small details, and everything is modern and nice. Everything follows a clear concept, no overdecoration or mix of styles. There is plenty of space for two persons, including a large bathroom and kitchen. We can really recommend the mill, and would retuRead morern at any time. Hide

We had a lovely stay and the first to stay at the property very different with it being a windmill which we found out when we were greeted by Clare and Dave. The property has been renovated to a high level and is in a great place not far from the town. Highly recommend if you want to stay somewhere quirky.
