There’s plenty to keep everyone entertained on-site, from scenic walks and play areas to a variety of dining options. When it’s time to explore your surroundings, you’ll find the charming market town of Leyburn 4.5 miles away. Head into the national park for day hikes and visit beauty sites like the breathtaking Aysgarth Falls (9 miles), which film buffs will be delighted to know appeared in the 1991 blockbuster film Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (1991). For a day trip, the historic cathedral city of Ripon is just 20 miles away.

This gorgeous home is full of grace and style, with top-of-the-range fixtures and fittings throughout. You’ll enter through a welcoming entrance hall, complete with a cloakroom and WC, which flows into a bright, open-plan living area encompassing lounge, kitchen and dining area. Large windows provide restful garden views, and elegant ceiling beams create a homely feel. You’ll also have a separate snug so that your group can spread out. Two double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, both with en-suite showers. To access the rest, head up the grand staircase and discover two luxurious super-king bedrooms, each also boasting en-suites with baths, separate showers and WCs. Just off this level is a fifth bedroom which is ideal for families, with a double bed and a single bunk overhead.

In good weather, make the most of the large, fully enclosed garden where children and dogs can play safely. Plan yummy BBQs and gather on the patio area, which is furnished so that everyone can socialised together.
