A peaceful haven for up to five guests, this undisturbed property is surrounded by the verdant countryside of the North York Moors, offering panoramic 360 degree views from every window, ideal location for walking or cycling (safe bike storage available). The property is circled by Broxa Forest, a fabulous swathe of woodland filled with towering pine trees and endearing conifers. It’s an enviable location for cyclists, with the Moor to Sea Cycle Route passing through and offering awe-inspiring views at Reasty Hill Top (3 miles). From here, cycle along the route to the Dalby Forest (4 miles) or towards the coast. Whether you choose to cycle or drive, make sure you visit the seaside town of Scarborough just 8.5 miles away as well as the jewel in the crown of Yorkshire Coast Whitby. Scarborough boasting it's historic Castle, long beaches and a world renowned theatre and open air theatre. Whitby oozing charm and history with it's iconic Abbey and links to Dracula. Both have plenty of seaside activities to offer such as surfing, beach yoga and local ice cream to sample.

Luxury is the primary focus of this property, and care has been taken to ensure you’ve got everything you could need for a perfect stay with family or friends. The spacious abode is entirely laid out on one level, with windows and doors promising mighty views in every direction. Make your way into the lounge with a wood burner set to one side and a Smart TV neatly positioned above it – your place to unwind when the weather is cold and blustery. Moving through to the kitchen/diner, discover not only a place to cook and dine but also additional features, including a wine fridge and a popcorn machine for movie nights. Next door, a utility space offers laundry facilities to use as needed. When all of your jobs are done, make your way to bed. The three bedrooms are light, bright and comfortable. One is a super-king-size with a zip-and-link (can be made into a twin on request at time of booking) bed providing a versatile sleeping option, the second is a king-size room, and the third is a snuggly single.
