This welcoming retreat has a snug, light-filled lounge with a TV and comfortable seating making an ideal space to settle back and unwind after a great day out. The ground floor also has a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with extra seating, a cheery wood burner, bay windows and a TV, along with a lovely central dining area and beautifully arranged kitchen. Upstairs, you will find a sleek family bathroom and the first four bedrooms: a cheerful double, a charming super-king-size room and two stylish king-size rooms, one with a freestanding bath and a Victorian-style basin. Another king-size bedroom, with skylights set in the sloping ceilings, is on the second floor alongside a stylish bathroom. French doors lead from the kitchen into the delightful, fully enclosed garden with a pretty decked area and outdoor furniture so you can relax and dine alfresco. Ample parking is available on the driveway.

The beautiful beach is just half a mile away, with Pannett Park, the Captain Cook Memorial Museum and the 199 Steps all within a mile. Inland, Whitby is surrounded by the glorious countryside of the North York Moors National Park, with the popular seaside resort of Scarborough further south along the coast (20 miles).

What a stunning property with great amenities. Everything was there we needed for self-catering holiday. Great location quiet neighbourhood. Ample parking for 2 cars. Beds really comfortable. Short walk to the beach and town centre. Dog friendly would def stay in this property again.
