While away summer days on the beautiful balcony with sea views at this Bridlington apartment, sleeping up to six guests. The two-bedroom apartment is at the top of the seafront building and captures views right across towards the beach and lapping waves. Well positioned for coastal walks, beauty spots and family attractions, it is also in a great position for families or couples wishing to be close to shops, cafes and restaurants.

Climb the stairs or take the lift up to your third floor apartment and let yourselves in to be amazed by the views. At the heart of this holiday retreat is an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with an impressive outlook. Take the weight off your feet on the soft seating while you play a game with the children or find a great film for everyone to enjoy on the Smart TV. Head into the kitchen/diner area to rustle up tasty delights. Open the door to the balcony on fine days to allow in a cool breeze. Set the table for lively meals inside or carry your plates out into the sea air. When your bed starts calling you for the night, head through to the double bedroom, which benefits from an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bedroom, which has been furnished with a double bed and a single. This room also has an en-suite shower room and next to it, there is a lovely snug with daybed and an adjoining WC. Make the most of the south-facing balcony on fine days. Carry a cup of coffee out here and lose yourselves in the far-reaching views.

The beautiful sandy shores of Fraisthorpe Beach are right on the doorstep, so you can enjoy morning paddles in the sea or lovely coastal walks behind the beach. Pack a picnic and make a trip to picturesque Flamborough Head, 7 miles away. Head to Sewerby Hall and Gardens, 2.5 miles away, to wander the gardens and visit the zoo. Parking for one car is provided with additional free on street and/or Pay & Display parking nearby (subject to availability)

We replaced the disguising urine stained piece of tatty cord that was hanging as a light pull in the back bedroom, as we did not want to touch it! The shower in this room was also blocked, so the water comes over the edge. Likewise the sink in the front room ensuite was blocked, I partially cleared this.... but why can't the owners? The cleaner musRead moret notice this! The push button on this ensuite is also broken and pops out if you touch it! The electric start button on the hob was also broken, popping off which made it difficult/ dangerous to light the gas! There is one small bin for over 10 flats, so the gulls have a whale of a time ripping the overflowing bags. We took ours over the road! We stuck some tape on the step going out to the balcony, as a real trip hazard. But the most annoying thing is that if everyone is in their flats then the shared WiFi is not enough. So don't start watching anything on TV, because there is a good chance you want see the end, and your phone is not any use on their WiFi. I don't think anything will be done until the current owners get their 250k that it is up for sale for. It is such a shame as it is perfectly placed opposite the beach. I do have photos and videos showing all these complaints. I would not recommend this place until it is refurbished. Hide

A lovely apartment, deceptively spacious! It is well situated to be away from too much noise on a busy night but close enough to be in walking distance of everything you need. Our second visit and we're likely to return.
