Great size property but the photos make it look a lot more luxurious than it actually is. Well equipped though and great position to walk into Bridlington . No where for rubbish as bins still overflowing as mentioned in a previous review. Outside areas have seating but they are not somewhere you would want to sit due to poor condition

This is a warm, spacious and comfortable house in a good location as it is so close to the beach. The outside does look a little shabby and could be tidied up. This is not helped by overflowing bins on the street, including the one with this house number on it, which made it difficult to dispose of rubbish. The photos on the website are more flatRead moretering than in real life. We had good communication from the owner, especially in relation to parking which was very helpful and worked perfectly for us. We were a party of twelve people aged between 16 and 62 and everyone had a good time. I would have liked more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness, especially in the kitchen where I found chipped mugs and dirty sink drainers. Hide

Beautiful big house, ideal for large groups and really close to the sea front. Kitchen was really well equipped.

A very nicely furnished house with excellent cooking facilities and equipment in a location close to the town centre. Parking was also a bit of a challenge.

We had a lovely time staying here - great kitchen equipped with useful kitchen utensils and appliances (even an air frier!) for making large meals. Its located only a couple of minutes walk from the South beach, where we found a great weekend cafe/lobster shack (100% recommend!) and theres a nice sandy beach. Thank you again and enjoy your stay!

A really good cottage, very good value for money in a great location. Beware parking outside as it is not guaranteed and we did have to park a few streets away a few times.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend. We were a large family from ages 1 to 75 and everyone had enough space. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It was home from home and we will be booking to come back again next year. Location was perfect for us.
