This three-bedroomed Boulton & Paul holiday cottage built in 1893 on the Yorkshire Coast has been completely refurbished into a beautiful retreat, perfect for those who love to feel the sand between their toes just minutes from the door. The interior style is New York loft apartment meets seaside chic. All of the character of this gorgeous building has been retained and given a 21st-century makeover. Comfortable and eclectic furniture sits against a pale backdrop, with dramatic dashes of colour and brooding seascapes thrown in. It's a peaceful, bright and comfortable look. The heart of the house is the dramatic open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen with its double-height ceiling and original wood-panelled walls. This amazing space is divided into separate areas. There's a cosy corner with soft sofas to chill and watch TV by the wood burner and the dining/kitchen area where you can pop open a bottle of bubbly and enjoy everyone's company while you cook something delicious. For your entertainment, Freesat TV and Wi-Fi are all included. There are three bedrooms in the cottage, two at ground level. The first is a grand bedroom with a super-king-size bed and windows on either side. The second bedroom is a super-cute twin room in the style of a beach chalet, with two single beds. There is also a family bathroom on this floor with a bath and shower overhead. The third bedroom takes up the entire 1st floor - a generously sized king-size room with a separate seating area and private bathroom. Please note as this room is in the eaves of the house there are deep steps to the bedroom area and bathroom.
