Unlock a memory-making retreat in this attractive Whitby apartment, enjoying its rustic styling, comfortable furnishings and enviable location at the centre of town. Situated on an ancient, cobbled street in the Old Town area, you’ll adore staying at the heart of the action with the beautiful beach and historic abbey both just a walk away. Hosting four guests, the property lends itself perfectly to any small family with attractions to please visitors of all ages available locally. Leave the car parked up and spend all your time in Whitby and thereabouts or make use of the proximity to the vast countryside of the North York Moors and enjoy a day trip or two with hikes and bike rides on offer.

With a decidedly bohemian feel, this recently updated apartment has been decorated to celebrate the age of the area, offering vintage-style furnishings beneath old, beamed ceilings and luxurious Italian leather sofas. The open-plan living space is yours to relax in, complete with a wood burner and Smart TV for getting cosy after a day out on the waves. The bedrooms, both beautifully presented with sturdy oak furnishings, are located upstairs, with the sophisticated shower room with a walk-in shower just downstairs on the third floor.

If surfing’s your thing, head towards Whitby Surf School to hire equipment or embark on lessons out amongst the waves. If you prefer staying warm and dry, explore the town’s literary history with a trip to the famed abbey and perhaps a visit to the immersive Dracula Experience. Along the coastline, accessible via the coastal path, visit the lesser-known Robin Hood’s Bay (5.5 miles), a picture-perfect fishing village with a beach and plenty of delightful seaside eateries. Pick up fish and chips for some time on the beach or sit in a restaurant to enjoy some more gourmet seafood.

Flat was very clean, bright, warm & comfortable. Excellent shower room. High standard of equipment, including induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. Very handy for both the centre of town & the older parts. This is a third-floor flat, so those with mobility issues may find 43 steps from the street to the flat a challenge.Read more Hide
