Great location just at the up off the harbour. This gives a feeling of freedom and open spaces. It hard to decide whether to sit in the front or the back balcony to chill. Both other a great veaw it its ever changing. The place is well equipped and the shower is first class if a little tight getting in and out for my large frame. All fitting aRead morere of a high standard I never used the roll up bath again due to my large frame and the fact it was not fixed to legs. Down Side Parking, I got there at 11 no Friday and was lucking to find an empty place out side. However on getting in I found there was no parking permit left for me. Parking free from 7pm till 9 am so had the leave a note in the window for any traffic warden. As the office to call was not open till 10.30 the next morning This meant my early morning plans were spent waiting to make a call and it was not till 12 is that I was told to going to a local office to pick up the permit.this gave me restless first night and put on hold my plans for the first morning. Parking was also a problem when returning for a drive out. With the flat being on a one way street in meant a long winded drive round and round to find a space to take a w permit. But having said all that I would book this place again at a quiet time of year and it would be find I guess. Great week away in a great location over looking the harbour. Hide

We found the accommodation very easily through the narrow Whitby side streets. The entrance hall is very nice & clean, then it's up 2 short flights of stairs to the 1st floor. The apartment has plenty of room for 2 people & the website photographs are very accurate. Everything within was new & again very clean. The outside balcony is a bonus withRead more stunning views of the town & Whitby Abbey. The living room overlooks a pretty little garden & tremendous views of the North Sea & harbour. Although you are only a 5 minute stroll from town & the harbour, it is very quiet at night & we slept really well, in a comfortable bed. Blue Harbour is a fantastic place to stay in Whitby. The parking vouchers were a great touch, but parking really is every man for himself & we were never able to park outside. This is only really a problem when you have to get your luggage to the car. We were able to park a few minutes walk away, so no great issue & Whitby was really busy in July. We had a tremendous holiday here & our only regret was that we didn't book 2 weeks. I would really recommend this apartment for a stay in a quiet but central location. Hide

Brilliant apartment in a great location with super views. Comfy and warm in what turned out to be a poor weather week. Well equipped and plenty of space for two. Would definitely stay here again.
