Delight in a stay at this gorgeous barn conversion and experience the beauty of the Yorkshire Heritage Coast and the North York Moors. Sleeping six guests, the three-bedroom, single-storey haven offers exquisite, beautifully finished accommodation 2 miles from Staithes and 7 miles from Saltburn-by-the-Sea. With fabulous walks right on the doorstep, it includes a private patio for outside relaxation in the summer after your trips out.

Wander inside to find beautiful barn features such as exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and revealed brickwork. The open-plan style of the lounge/diner ensures everyone can spread out while also being able to chat and spend time together. Gather around the wooden table to play games and dine, then retire to the lounge, with its colourful furnishings and TV to enjoy a film together. The generous kitchen, which has a bright, airy style, includes everything you need to help you cater for your party during your stay, plus a breakfast table for cups of tea and casual meals. There is also a double bedroom, with an en-suite shower room, at ground-floor level. A king-size bedroom, with a TV for lazy mornings in bed, and a twin are both on the first floor, along with the stylish family bathroom. The well-designed outside seating area includes ample space for unwinding together on fine days, as well as a BBQ where you can grill fresh Yorkshire produce to enjoy with a glass of wine.

Venture into Staithes to shop, dine out and pick up the Cleveland Way out along the coast. There is also a small sandy beach here. The longer beach in Saltburn is popular with both walkers and swimmers. Plan a day out to Whitby, 12 miles away, to spend time on the sand and to climb the 199 steps up to the famous abbey.

Walking in was like walking into a home, everything was spotlessly clean and well thought out. The lounge area was comfortable and a great place to relax after a day exploring. The dinning area was a great place to plan and enjoy a family dinner. The kitchen (once I got the hang of an induction hob) had everything I needed and was sensibly laid outRead more. Upstairs the 2 bedrooms had comfy beds, plenty of towels and I am still amazed someone can put a bow in toilet roll! The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was lovely. A perfect place for our elderly mother to relax without the worry of stairs or slips in the bathroom. Overall loved the place, perfect location, beautiful views. Hide

This is a lovely property to stay. Although located on a main road, the traffic noise wasn't intrusive. Excellent facilities and great access to local bays and Whitby. Parking disc for Whitby street parking free of charge is provided and most useful.

The property is spacious and comfortable. However dog owners should be aware that the garden is NOT enclosed unless both gates at either end of the (3/4?) properties are closed over.
