You can cycle from the gate or hop in the car and head to Beverley, 6 miles, a lovely small city with a minster, great shopping and an exciting range of places to eat. Alternatively, Hornsea, 8.5 miles, has a sandy beach, family attractions and a lake where you can row, sail, take a boat trip or fish.
