Positioned in order to catch the sun throughout the day, this lodge is designed to make the most of natural light, and has a comfortable, open-plan living space which combines a lounge area with a Smart TV, a dining table and chairs and a fitted kitchen with all the amenities you’ll need for holiday cooking. Throw open the patio doors to the deck for some summertime fresh air, or draw the curtains and snuggle on the corner sofa when you need winter cosiness. Both bedrooms, a double and a twin, have built-in wardrobes, and they share a bathroom with a shower over the bath. For a morning coffee, evening aperitif, al fresco meal or simply sitting outside with a good book, the wraparound deck has a range of outdoor furniture for you to make the most of, while steps lead to a four-person hot tub for bubbling relaxation.

Spend time exploring the luxury park on which your lodge is based - it has scenic walks of 1 to 3km, as well as fly fishing, a tea room and a boating lake. You can cycle from the gate or hop in the car and head to Beverley, 6 miles, a lovely small city with a minster, great shopping and an exciting range of places to eat. Alternatively, Hornsea, 8.5 miles, has a sandy beach, family attractions and a lake where you can row, sail, take a boat trip or fish.
