A superbly located cottage in the centre of Hawes. Definitely only suitable for 4 guests though due to downstairs space.

Very narrow access by car into the courtyard. Once your car is parked there is no room to sit outside using the small table and chairs provided! Hot water facility was not working. Frustratingly this took two call outs to fix.

See above. I'd rate the cottage at 6 out of 10 without the missing items highlighted above.

The cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was near to all the shops and pubs in the town and in a lovely location for walks. We missed having somewhere to sit outside and parking in the allocated spot was extremely difficult due to the steep incline. We had to ask the AA to get our car out.
