Situated 1 mile from the little village of Carperby, this retreat is in a quiet spot but within easy reach for everything you will need. A handy pub/restaurant is situated in Carperby, but for further amenities, visit the wonderful market town of Hawes (8.5 miles). Head off on foot or bike and enjoy the varying trails and routes leading through the Yorkshire Dales, a particular favourite in the area is the Muker to Keld circular walk (8 miles) along the River Swale.
