I would warn them to take firm cushions to place on the sagging sofas though.

Throstle Nest House is everything you could wish for in a holiday cottage...stylish yet homely, clean and cosy. It felt like miles from everywhere yet still convenient to the best amenities, especially the bakery! With a view from every window and walks in every direction, what more could you ask for. Five plus stars!

This was our third visit to this cottage. It never ceases to satisfy. Its a fabulous cottage in an ideal location. Very quiet and secluded and you would be extremely hard pushed to find quite as stunning a view from the bedroom (while sat in bed), anywhere else in the world.

Delightful house. Incredible views. Very comfortable. Amazing walks but steep, slightly scary narrow roads. The only negative was the duvet cover which was far too big for the duvet!!!!

A pretty cottage which was well laid out and nicely finished inside making it a very comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the cottage was warm given the time of the year. The views were spectacular from all the main rooms in the house.
