Soak away in your own private hot tub situated in the enclosed garden of this wonderful, characterful, barn conversion. Nestled in an idyllic and tranquil spot in the North York Moors National Park, your group of six can enjoy peace and quiet, after spending days exploring the rolling countryside and visiting seaside hotspots.
On entering, hang up your coats and place your walking boots in the handy porch, before heading through to the open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner. This delightful space has a galleried ceiling and sections of exposed stone walls as characterful reminders of the barn’s previous life. A well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, and a six-seater dining table where you can all eat together. Fire up the wood burner and keep warm on the comfortable seating in the lounge where you can watch TV or play games together. Also situated on the ground floor is a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a separate cloakroom. There are two separate staircases leading to each of the upstairs bedrooms, one is a double room, and the other a twin, both of which have en-suite bathrooms. Outside to the front of the property is a fabulous and spacious courtyard. Get competitive playing chess on the giant set situated out here or enjoy dining alfresco in the country air. A separate patio area to the rear has further seating, fabulous views, a lawn space, and a six-seater hot tub for you to while away the evenings.
Situated amongst rolling countryside, you will find plenty of walking and cycling routes leading from the doorstep and into the surrounding national park. The pretty village of Robin Hoods Bay is 3.5 miles from here and has a couple of pubs, cafes, shops, and a shingle beach. Whitby (7 miles) is a bustling seaside town with a rich history and plenty to see and do for all the family.
