House is in quiet location but easy access to York and Thirsk. There is no local shop (which would be handy) . Beds are comfy and we all had no problem sleeping. House has everything you need (and more) for your stay. If we come back to that area we would not hesitate to book again.

Lovely property, spotlessly clean and only a stones throw away from the local pub! Only a short drive from Harrogate, Knaresborough and York which are all worth a visit.

The cottage was excellent, ideal for our family and our small dog was very well catered for. The location was good for York with the park and ride very close as well as the accessibility of Helmsley, and Ripon. The owners were very attentive to our needs and we would definitely recommend this property to others. We will be back.

Weve just returned from a weeks stay at Rose Villa and I can honestly say its one of the best accommodations we have stayed in. The rooms are big and spacious and beautifully decorated. Amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We were so sad to leave this beautiful villa and cant wait to book again.
