A lovely property in an attractive village with a pub/restaurant and nice dog walks close by. Very well equipped and comfortable and small garden safely enclosed for our Jack Russell to enjoy.

Very nice property that has been tastefully extended and in beautiful decorative condition. Sadly the weather stopped us enjoying the lovely outside area. The kitchen is modern and of highest quality and the log fire was a blessing on our cold nights. We ate in the pub which was lovely as was the village. High quality property.

Beautiful property with everything we needed for a short break away. Lovely large comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and we particularly enjoyed the large kitchen/dining/ family space with large screen tv.

As a family visiting York and around we were reluctant to leave Rose Villa each day so content were we relaxing in its spacious comfortable areas. A real home from home with an emphasis on cleanliness and ease of living. The owners are to be commended and were a delight to communicate with. We'd love to return some day.

This is a first class holiday home. Carol and Steve have thought of everything. Open living / dining space and a cozy sitting room. Bedrooms are great and comfy. Outside space is small but ideal. Pooches also well catered for. All in all a home from home.

Rose Villa was a lovely base for our holiday. It fitted our group comfortably (4 adults, 2 children, 1 baby & 1 dog). It was clean and well equipped. Perfect location for many day trips in the area. We had great days out in Bolton Abbey, Woldies, Studfold Adventure Trail and Keighley Steam Railway. The local pub (the New Inn) was great and G&T IceRead morecream Parlour was lovely, which we passed a few times on our outings. Hide
