A great location, really good secure garden for the dog, like home from home. Lovely neighbours too.

Property was nice and clean although noise from next door was a problem, the garden wasnt secure and the steps to upper level grassed area not very good even the dog slipped off may be different when dry but still rather steep with no rail

The location was great, for us, a bit steep for me, as I have a foot issue at the moment, but the mere was close by and the shops handy. Quiet accommodation most of the time, we would stay again, when my foots better, the dog loved the walks round the mere and Cayton Bau6, is only 10 mins drive, great beach for dog walkers

A comfortable cottage which was well equipped and enabled us to visit the North Yorkshire Moors as well as explore the coastal region.

A comfortable, well equipped, nicely furnished property in a quiet area on the edge of town with shops near by. The enclosed garden was great for our dogs. Lots of great walks and beaches within a short driving distance. Our dogs particularly loved Cayton Bay beach for running around as it was quiet. There was also a cafe for refreshments. Although this property is a little far outside of Scarborough s main attractions it is within walking distance, if you are fit. Driving is about 5 minutes and parking is OK.

We are very grateful that the owners of this property came to our rescue at the last minute, when our original holiday cottage booking was unsuitable. On arrival at Phoenix Drive, there was ample parking for our car, and the house was very clean and well presented. We found a downstairs toilet, a main bathroom, and an en-suite, which was just peRead morerfect for our needs. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was a welcome pack waiting for us. The lounge and dining area was nicely decorated and furnished. Upstairs, the bedrooms were well presented, and the beds were very comfortable. The small garden with a lawned area was perfect for our dog. The house is on a quiet housing estate, a short drive away from a large Lidl, which is handy for a quick food shop. Phoenix Drive is a great place to stay and a perfect base for exploring Scarborough and other attractions in Yorkshire. We would definitely recommend this property. Hide

Perfect location and property, ideal for our holiday. Already looking into booking again next year but this time for longer as the weekend wasn't long enough to visit the places we wanted to see. Would highly recommend.
