This great apartment enjoys views of the estuary, marina, steam trains,sea and Whitby. Sometimes you can catch a glimpse of the Heron fishing, seals and at the right time of the year salmon leaping.
This apartment sleeps four with a super king-sized bed in the main bedroom. Ideal for family break and or romantic getaway A short walk along the marina takes you into the vibrant bustling Whitby Great  shops eateries and sandy beaches, gothic ruins of Whitby Abbey and the Dracula Experience Museum. The steam railway line, visible from the apartment, runs to Pickering (20 miles) in the North York Moors National Park, where there is a number of hiking and cycling routes amid the spectacular scenery.

Enter the property through the ground-floor shared entrance, take the stairs or lift to the second floor and walk along the covered walkway right to the apartment door. Inside, there’s a spacious hallway with doors leading to all rooms. The main living space is a light and bright open-plan room, comprising a lounge, dining area and kitchen. An electric, leather, reclining sofa and snuggle chair offer a comfortable area to relax and watch TV or gaze over the estuary and railway line. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for preparing food while watching the boats in the estuary, to be enjoyed at the family dining table. Down the hall, there are two bedrooms, one with a super-king-size bed and estuary views, and a twin room, along with a family bathroom.

Outside, the property includes a secure mooring spot on the estuary with an electric hook-up, located less than 100 metres from the front door. There’s also a designated parking space.

Always enjoy this apartment it's one of the best we have been in, location is great as it's near the centre but far enough out of the way of the hustle & bustle, this is why we keep returning.

The flat is clean and comfortable and adequately equipped. The location is good and having a parking space is a bonus. Being able to get into the property at 1.00pm is also a plus. Its a pleasant walk into the centre of town and the view over the river is lovely and ever changing.

Fantastic location with private parking, overlooking the water, and only a 10 minute walk into town. Very comfortable, warm, on the top floor so no one above. There is a lift as well... oh and its dog friendly. Nothing more to say. We will be returning later in the year. Thank you!

Nice clean flat in a great location some 10 minutes walk into the centre of town, passing some nice pubs and places to eat on the way. Property has one parking space and lift to 2nd floor if needed.

A great flat in an excellent location. Local area was very quiet with a good walk for our dog along the footpath following the river. Hardly used our car for the week as able to explore Whitby and surrounding area on foot or by bus. Flat had everything we needed and an added bonus of a wonderful view.

Perfect clean property, Quiet fantastic location overlooking the river & boats with an easy walk into the hustle & bustle of Whitby, where there are a whole choice of Pubs, Restaurants, eateries & Chip Shops. Its a 2 minute drive to Sainsbury's for any essentials or Cash Machine. (As alot of places used cash only in Whitby though no cash machines tRead moreo get cash strangely) Would definitely return again & recommend to friends & family, as it was the ideal location. Our 6 yr old girl also really enjoyed it as did our dog. Hide

Beautiful apartment beside the river, about 10 minutes walk into the main area, reserved parking space right outside the door. Clean and very comfortable with the bonus of a reclining sofa and a 1pm check-in. Would very happily stay here again.
