We had a reaaly nice stay. It is a spacious apartment and furnished to a good standard. Really comfy beds and we got great sleep there. Good location only a short walk from the Italian Gardens. Parking was difficult as its free parking from that point, however we managed to get parked on the next road. Good value for money. We would stay again.

A really lovely apartment, spacious, well-equipped, comfortable: a brief walk to gorgeous views over Scarborough and south bay. Our second visit, and we will be back!

A lovely holiday let. . . BUT this property is advertised as having a washer/dryer-- it does NOT-- it has a washer only !! We travelled from overseas for a 2 week stay so our selection criteria was only for places with W/D or washer & tumble dryer. After choosing Starfish, we took the extra step of calling Original Cottages to confirm that there waRead mores a washer/dryer on site which they did. Shocked on arrival to see only a washer !! We called the owners who said this has happened before but Original Cottages failed A requested to correct the info online. As for Original Cottages, we called them 4 times and left messages and NEVER during our 2 weeks received any response. Starfish is a lovely holiday let but BEWARE of the info online. We feel that we were deceived after we had taken every avenue to ensure that Starfish was equipped as we wanted. Hide

Lovely and spacious apartment in a perfect location for walks in the Italian gardens, along the beach as well as up to Oliver's Mount. It was a perfect holiday home.

This property and the one below are both beautiful and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at either of them again. A week away over Christmas was lovely and the tree, card, prosseco and chocolates where a lovely touch.

Exceeded expectations. Spacious, spotless, well equipped, surprising range of consumables, comfortable beds and well positioned. I originally chose this flat because it claimed it had a washer/dryer, however it only had a washer, but this did not spoil my stay. I will stay here again.

Absolutely amazing apartment, so much room. The bed is enormous and comfortable. Every bit of cutlery etc you could ever need in the kitchen. Lovely to be able to sit and relax in the evening after a busy day out with sky tv. The esplanade is just down the bottom of the street and public transport at the top.
