You’ll enter into a hallway where you can leave your coats before stepping into the homely lounge, containing welcoming sofas and a Smart TV. The charming kitchen has everything you need for preparing yummy holiday meals to be enjoyed in the adjacent dining room. Upstairs you’ll find two double bedrooms and an en-suite single bedroom, plus a cheerfully decorated family bathroom. Outside, the sweet furnished patio creates a lovely spot for breakfasts or morning coffees in the Yorkshire sunshine.
You’ll have plenty of pubs, shops and restaurants within 0.5 miles of the property. Skipton Castle (1 mile) is an excellently preserved medieval fortress you can visit before taking a gentle walk through the ancient woodlands behind it. After a longer hike? Head up to Malham Cove (12 miles) or to the Forest of Bowland to lose yourself in unspoilt nature. Those passionate about literature will be pleased to learn this is Brontë country – the excellent Brontë Parsonage Museum in Haworth (11 miles) is excellent for learning more. Other sites that may be of interest are Bolton Abbey (5.5 miles) and Parcevall Hall Gardens (9.5 miles).
