Had a great time, a really lovely cottage in a beautiful location, enjoyed the sheep challenge en route to Leyburn, where you find the greatest supermarket Campbells with everything and more.

The house was simply perfect for us. Spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. The view from the garden across the valley was wonderful. The added bonus was listening to the bird song and hearing 2 cuckoos.

Beautiful barn conversion. Everything to a very high standard - loved all the wood. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. The downside for me as an 'older person' was we had to walk along the road to get to any footpaths.

Large, luxurious, well equipped barn conversion in an idyllic position, apart from being on the roadside. However, thick walls and no windows on road side attenuate traffic noise. View south across Swaledale is gorgeous, almost worth spending time at the cottage just to absorb it - particularly in better weather. The changing cloudscape and the souRead morend of the river are very bucolic. View from inside less spectacular as limited by windows. Lots of bird life. Very comfortable accommodation for six people. Hide

A beautiful cottage comfortable and clean. Wifi pretty good though the information centre couldnt be accessed and as it was powered from inside a cupboard we couldnt reboot. Nevertheless the house was just what we needed terrific bedroom with a very useful shower room.
