Luxuriate in the magnificence of this impressive group retreat at Londesborough in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Sleeping 20 guests, the nine-bedroom hideaway is the perfect place to gather with your nearest and dearest for that special celebration. Situated in award-winning gardens, 5.5 miles from Pocklington, the dog-friendly former hunting lodge is 18.5 miles from York.

Stroll into the ornate Victorian building via the elegant hall to discover a fabulous array of rooms to enjoy with your friends or family. Head into one lounge to switch on the Smart TV and light the wood burner or choose the main lounge if you would like to watch something different. There is also a lounge/diner, where you can gaze out across your surroundings from a window seat and congregate round the table for hearty feasts. Prepare piles of food for your group using the excellent amenities of the capacious kitchen, then make fresh coffee in the machine and sip it at the table in the breakfast room. There is also a utility room and a WC downstairs. Follow the sweeping staircase up to the first floor to find your bedrooms. These include five super-king-sizes, two king-sizes, one double and one family room with a king-size bed on a lower level and two single beds on a mezzanine. There are four bathrooms in total, a family bathroom, a family shower room, an en-suite bathroom and a Jack and Jill bathroom. Spill out into your private garden to play games on the lawn, light the BBQ and unwind in the summer house. Wander through the gorgeous, shared gardens whenever you choose.

Plan a group trip into York to see the famous minster and city walls. Stroll through the Shambles, pausing to shop or to find a restaurant or cafe with space for your party.

We stayed at this beautiful holiday home to celebrate a special birthday, and it couldnt have been more perfect! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for an all 20 of us to stay together. The attention to detail was impressive, from the cozy decor to the well-equipped kitchen. Londesborough Hall. A fantastic house in a beautiful setting. The rooms were all spacious and the kitchen very well equipped. There were 16 of us staying for a family celebration and it was just perfect. Cant wait to go back Irene de Tute

Londesborough Hall is a beautiful period property but with all the modern features that you need. Its very spacious so an excellent venue for large groups. The accommodation works well for any age, I went there with my family which aged between 3 to 81 years old and it was great for everyone. This house is incredible, perfect for a large gathering of family or friends. We were sleeping 15 and the house did not feel over-crowded. If the weather had been bad I can see that we would have easily divided into the three sitting areas but with the garden areas and the surrounding countryside I feel that we possibly didn't do all that space jusRead moretice and might have to come back in the winter! We had an amazing time, Londesborough hall was beautiful.The rooms were very comfortable and the facilities were very good. The owners were very kind and helpful and answered all our queries.The area was wonderful and lots of places to visit. All 19 of us loved it and hope to visit again.
