Locally you’ll have natural beauty sites that Britons travel hundreds of miles to visit, such as Malham Cove (3.5 miles), a large curved limestone formation formed more than 12,000 years ago, and Gordale Scar (4 miles), a limestone ravine. Janet's Foss waterfall (3.5 miles) offers an easy there-and-back trail. If village hopping is your style, Grassington, Kettlewell and Skipton are all within 12 miles, each offering a unique glimpse into the Dales' life and landscapes.
