The local café/bistro is just around the corner, offering a warm welcome and bike hire. Visit the local town of Settle (9 miles) with independent shops selling local produce. Climb to the top of the magnificent Pendle Hill (13 miles), a legendary landmark steeped in history and folklore, or take a scenic train journey on the Settle-Carlisle Railway (8 miles). The market town of Clitheroe with its ancient castle is 11 miles away, the impressive Malham Cove is 13 miles, and Skipton, known as the gateway to the dales is within 17 miles.
