Great host, very accommodating to our needs (young children). Prompt and pleasant communication throughout stay. Lots of personal and lovely touches including welcoming Prosecco and breakfast items. Gorgeous and quirky property - garden absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. Would not hesitate to recommend! :)

Lovely cottage, everything was spotless and it was fully equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. Any questions were answered immediately and satisfactorily by our hosts. The gardens are beautiful and a definite bonus on a summer's evening. The hot tub was a delight. Great location for York, the bus stop was just outside, and withiRead moren easy reach of a huge number of places to visit.. just make sure you book plenty of time to see everything!! Hide

Lovely modern well decorated cottage which was a joy to stay at. Excellent location to explore York and after a day exploring nothing better than relaxing in the hot tub. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning soon.

We enjoyed a very relaxing and lovely 5 nights for the 2 of us, the cottage is lovely quaint and cosy with everything we wanted from the stay. It is located in lovely little village just 4 miles from York which we will walk one day and there is a bus stop not more than 50 meters from the property. The village pub is very friendly and there is a lovRead moreely cafe open until 2 for food and breakfasts etc. Excellent for visiting Harrogate and Whitby. Hide
