This spacious house provides the ideal getaway for family and friends to celebrate a special occasion. Situated on the edge of the market town of Bingley, visit one of the two local pubs or take your canine companions for a stroll around the park or along the canal. The Victorian model village of Saltaire, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is just 2 miles away where you can explore the historic Salts Mill or enjoy a tour around Salt Brewery. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are plenty of scenic walks and cycle trails nearby and the stunning Bronte Country and the village of Haworth can be reached within 7 miles. Furthermore, the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the countless picturesque villages and outstanding scenery it boasts are only 16 miles away.

Combining modern home comforts with original features and style, this wonderfully spacious house is a real home-from-home. Privately gated, pull up on the driveway and step through into the entrance hall, perfect for leaving coats and muddy boots after a day of exploring. Walk down into the spacious farmhouse kitchen, equipped with everything you could need to rustle up a feast. Then head through into the cosy lounge, boasting patio doors to the garden, which flood the room with natural light. Cosy up in front of the wood burner on a winter’s evening and watch your favourite family movie on the Smart TV. Off one side of the kitchen is a handy downstairs shower room and at the other, you will find the formal dining room. Sit down around the large table and enjoy a home-cooked treat or partake in a board game with loved ones. A few steps lead down to a fantastic snug area, perfect for children to play or to relax and get lost in a book in some peace and quiet, which then leads to the first king-size bedroom. Adorned with a stunning four-poster bed and patio doors to the garden, the room is bright and spacious and benefits from its own en-suite shower room. The remaining four bedrooms are upstairs, all as stylish and comfortable as the next. Three are king-size, one with an en-suite shower room, and the fourth contains full-sized bunk beds. Completing the interior of this fantastic house is a family bathroom with a sumptuous Jacuzzi bath.

At the front of the house is a spacious, enclosed garden with plenty of room for children and their four-legged friends to play. On the raised patio area you will find abundant seating for dining alfresco using the gas BBQ, and a private hot tub for relaxing under the stars.

The cottage was in a lovely location and well worth the price, an enjoyable few days was spent relaxing and enjoying the comforts of the cottage before having to return back to the real world. Easy to go places if only using as a base location. Will be back again.

Lovelly quiet property to spend a holiday. Lots of room for a big family. The hot tub was used every evening. Great area to stay with lots of places to go to. Malham Cove and North of England Mining Museum where ou favourites.

Ivy house is a fantastic holiday home! Well equipped with everything you need and very spacious. Its a great base for exploring with lots to do in the area. Jayne and Matthew and fantastic hosts!
