Cottage very well presented, clean and comfortable. Pub within half a mile but the walk is down a very steep and uneven track, pitch black in late evening of course. Not suitable for less able guests, otherwise a 3 mile drive so don't have a drink when you get to the pub!! Cottage garden isn't enclosed.
