Nearby, the charming market town of Kirkby Lonsdale (12 miles) beckons with its boutique shops, welcoming pubs, and dining establishments. This amazing cottage is in a quiet, tranquil area, well equipped kitchen with added extras like the welcome pack and toiletries, towels and flip flops for the hot tub, which was very much appreciated after a long days walking. The beds are so comfy and the showers are amazing. The garden was calm and lovely, our little dog enjoyed running around inRead more it. Jackie was on call if we needed anything though we had everything we needed. Would recommend Pendle Hill and Skipton, The Craven arms for food. Hide

This was a lovely cottage in a peaceful and picturesque location. Very well equipped and the hot tub was lovely. A great base for touring the Dales.

A beautiful cottage in the perfect setting with amazing views! The cottage was lovely & clean & had everything you need for a comfortable stay with fantastic showers and the most comfy beds! Theres a very large secure garden that was perfect for our dog! We have just had a very relaxing and peaceful holiday visiting many beautiful villages/towns inRead morecluding Clapham to walk the Ingleborough nature trail & caves. Just had a lovely week in the cottage. It was comfortable, relaxing, quiet and in a good location. The cottage is well stocked with everything you need & the hot tub is an excellent bonus. The Ingleton Waterfalls Walk is wonderful, as was the walk around Stocks Reservoir. We also had a lovely visit to RSPB Leighton Moss & watched Osprey fishing.

Lovely cottage, well equipped, brilliant location with fantastic views and really peaceful and quiet. Weve had a very relaxing holiday with good walking routes close at hand.

I would definitely recommend staying at this cottage. The location was excellent and the cottage itself was very well equipped and clean. What we really appreciated was the extra attention to detail found at the cottage which is often missing from many equivalent holiday homes. It had absolutely everything you'd ever need supplied...even small itemRead mores you'd never expect the owners to provide. It made the cottage feel more homely and it's clear that the owner takes pride in the state it's kept in. Hide

We have rented many beautiful cottages over the years, but this is my favourite to date. It ticked all my boxes: log burner, sociable kitchen, comfy king size beds, stylish decor, beautiful setting, good showers, plenty of high-quality kitchen utensils/pans/glasses etc. The list goes on! The cottage was beautiful, location idyllic and we had a perfect few days with friends. We appreciated the lovely rooms and how clean and thoughtfully presented the house was. It was exceptional!
