This cosy apartment enjoys lovely coastal views, overlooking the golden sandy beach at Filey Bay. It’s a great base to make the most of the rugged Yorkshire coastline, and is less than a mile from Filey with its Edwardian architecture and selection of quirky shops. Jump in the car and visit nearby seaside villages including Whitby (27 miles) and Robin Hood’s Bay (24 miles). And no trip to the Yorkshire coast is complete without some locally caught fish and chips. After a hearty portion, take a stroll along Filey’s Roman slipway with its jumble of kiosks where you can enjoy the scenery with a good Yorkshire tea!
The apartment is at the front of the property, with access up an internal, steep staircase to the third floor (the view of Filey Bay is well worth the climb). Step through the kitchen into the cosy lounge and watch the boats drifting by as you eat your breakfast at the fold-out table. The kitchen area includes everything you need to cook a delicious meal. Within the lounge area, there are two sofas and a Smart TV. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and wonderful sea views. The second bedroom also has a double bed. To complete the accommodation, there is a large shower room with WC.
Outside, there is on-street parking and within a few steps, you could be walking along the sea’s edge watching the waves roll in or sitting on the golden sand enjoying a picnic.
