Fabulous barn conversion, large rooms throughout the cottage, with the bonus of large beds and well appointed ensuites in each bedroom. Great views from the expansive sliding window overlooking the fields. There's even a wine cooling cabinet. Would highly recommend if you're looking in the area.

Stayed over the October half term. Fantastic and beautiful conversion of a barn and a wonderful base for a holiday. The pictures don't do it justice. Lots of wildlife and farm animals to see out of the panoramic view from the main room, deer, cows, owls and hares. Local towns, Helmsley and Kirby Moorside are both worth a visit and the Beadlam farm Read moreshop is also good. Accommodation was warm, well equipped and the showers were fantastic. Hide

Fantastic barn in a great location for exploring the local area. We visited York, Helsmley, Northallerton and Staithes. Ampleforth is well worth a trip for food - Hearts of Ampleforth cafe is a must. The White Swan there served a lovely evening meal too. Thank you Emma and Will, we had a lovely New Year in the barn. Would love to return.
