Relax under the stars at this cosy cottage made for two, ideal for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, with a pretty courtyard with seating and a BBQ surrounded by peaceful countryside. The cottage has an open-plan living space with French doors, a gorgeous king-size bedroom, and a shower room; it’s the perfect romantic hideaway with walks and attractions nearby.

The cottage is beautifully furnished to create a welcoming home from home. Go inside the porch and through to the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where there’s plenty of comfortable sofa space and a Smart TV in the lounge area. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need to cook meals and there’s a dining table and chairs for enjoying your creations. Head to bed for a great night’s sleep in the delightful king-size bedroom, decorated in relaxing colours with good storage, there’s also a gorgeous shower room. Head outside through the French doors in the lounge to the walled/fenced patio, the ideal spot to enjoy al fresco drinks or fire up the BBQ and spend a quiet evening under the starry sky.

There are walks and bike rides from the door through the surrounding countryside of Nidderdale National Landscape and the Yorkshire Dales. Visit the wonderful rock formations at Brimham Rocks on foot or by car (2 miles) and the ancient ruins of Fountains Abbey (8 miles) World Heritage Site. Treat yourselves to afternoon tea at Betty’s in the spa town of Harrogate, just an 8-mile drive. Ripon (10 miles) is home to several attractions including the cathedral and racecourse, and Nidderdale Museum at Pateley Bridge (4 miles) makes a fun and interesting afternoon out. Be sure to explore the incredible prehistoric caves at Stump Cross Caverns (8.5 miles) during your stay.

Welcome pack and greeting by owners was especially nice Fantastic little cosy cottage that offered all we needed so nothing we feel could be improved upon Lovely views overlooking the countryside and nice areas to sit outside and enjoy the sunny weather if you are as lucky as we were

The cottage and owner are lovely. The views and quietness of the surroundings are perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is so much to do in the area.

A charming, comfortable well appointed cottage. Peaceful location with good views of the countryside and ease access to surrounding sights, dales and Harrogate. Ideal for a quiet retreat. Patio garden was cosy and nice to sit out in.

We really loved our stay at the cottage , the hosts were gave us a very warm welcome and were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble . The cottage is so clean and well equipped. We felt at home instantly. The views over the fields and long quiet walks were so relaxing . The cottage is close to lots of exciting places to see and quaint towns, GraRead moressington was beautiful,. We definitely would book to stay again . Hide

Beech Trees Cottage was perfect. The location is excellent - Brimham Rocks and Fountains Abbey a short drive away. The cottage is beautifully appointed, warm and comfortable. There was a very generous welcome pack for us when we arrived.

If you fancy a cosy, delightfully furnished, well-equipped North Yorkshire escape within easy reach of the lovely spa town of Harrogate as well as Ripon and Pateley Bridge, look no further. It's absolutely gorgeous. The owners go to great lengths to make you feel welcome.

We were very pleased with our cottage, it was very central for visiting all the local villages and towns. The owner was very nice and also very helpful. We had a welcome package when we arrived which was very useful and was all local produce. We would definitely stay at the cottage again.

A peacefully located cottage that is perfectly placed for exploring Nidderdale and North Yorkshire. Lots of lovely walks on the doorstep and the cottage is well stocked with leaflets to give ideas for days out. It is beautifully furnished and very comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at Beech Trees Cottage which was comfortable and cosy with excellent hospitality from the family. The location was beautiful and peaceful and ideal from which to explore the local area or further afield, both of which I recommend. Would definitely return, very happy :).
