Formerly a tailor's workshop, this charming property oozes elegance, which is evident from the moment you step inside. Cleverly converted in an upside-down style, wander upstairs to discover an airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with wonderful sloping ceilings and exposed beams. Set the mood with a dopamine-filled playlist on the Smart TV and sink into the comfy sofas to unwind. Tuck into savoury nibbles in the sleek kitchen or around the lovely dining table. Retreat to the tranquil king-size bedrooms with calming colour palettes and two en-suite shower rooms. Early risers can enjoy throwing open the double doors from the bedroom and making their way out to the enclosed patio area with a cup of tea in hand and the sun above.

Fill your lungs with fresh air on an adventure around the picturesque village of Lund. This hidden gem is utterly charming and bursting with historical mystery and fascinating architecture. Stop for a pint at the country inn or join one of the many challenging footpaths that wind their way out of the village. Serene valleys and enchanting woodlands await when you hop aboard the Yorkshire Wolds Way at Market Weighton (6.5 miles). A beautiful cottage in a lovely village, very peaceful and clean with good facilities. The owner was friendly and helpful and we had a lovely break.

We really enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It is very peaceful and well located with lots of places to choose from. The cottage is beautifully decorated and the views from the second floor lounge are incredible! The beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. Tasteful, warm and comfortable cottage. Fabulous beds, thick soft towels. Lots of walks from the village, and lots of interesting places to visit within a short drive.
