Celebrate any occasion with loved ones in true style at this luxurious barn conversion, complete with your own private hot tub.

A smart barn conversion in a picturesque rural village 13 miles from Beverley, Driffield, Market Weighton and Pocklington, four of East Yorkshire’s many thriving market towns. The family-friendly barn is the ideal base for active days in the Yorkshire Wolds or coastline and features an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, en-suite bedrooms, and an enclosed patio garden with a hot tub.

The single-storey barn stands in Lund, a charming rural village crisscrossed by narrow, tree-lined country lanes, home to rows of period properties. The barn is a beautiful blend of traditional features and contemporary style, its welcoming interior blessed with large, homely rooms that let in plenty of natural light. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a perfect place to socialise, with so much to absorb between its A-frame beams and parquet flooring. At one end, eye-catching seating surrounds the wood burner and bi-fold doors leading outside, while the dining table in the centre of the room feeds seamlessly into the kitchen area, complete with a breakfast bar and ample work surfaces. The adjacent hallway is home to a handy utility room, and there are two beautifully proportioned en-suite super-king-size bedrooms nearby. Bi-fold doors in the lounge lead out to a cosy patio garden complete with comfortable seating, a fire pit and a hot tub.

Lund and the surrounding villages are blessed with period architecture and wonderful pubs, with an abundance of walking and cycling trails between each one. Beverley, Driffield, Market Weighton and Pocklington (all within 13 miles) offer a heavy dose of Yorkshire culture and will be a hit with foodies keen to sample local fare. For a longer day out, the ancient city of York and the astonishing headlands of Flamborough are within 25 miles.

The Wagon Shed was an absolute delight for a relaxing holiday. Everything was great, cleanliness, equipment, helpful notes from the owner's. The quality of everything was way above average. The Location was so peaceful, yet not far to drive to the coast or further inland. Would highly recommend!

Just had a lovely relaxing week at the wagon shed... it was absolutely perfect and a real home from home done to a very high standard. The owners thought of everything. We didn't get the best weather so we stayed home a lot and really made the most of the house including the wonderful hot tub. Would definitely recommend this house.
