Close to the heart of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, this is a fantastic base for beach lovers, walkers and nature spotters eager to make the most of the North Yorkshire coast.

The property features a cheerful lounge with a Smart TV, bifold doors and ample seating, perfect for relaxing in after you’ve enjoyed a celebratory meal in the sleek, fully equipped kitchen with its country-style dining table and handy additional breakfast bar. On the first floor, there’s a wet room and three pretty bedrooms: a cosy twin, a sweet king-size room and a spacious super-king-size room with a large bay window and sea views. A second staircase leads to a stylish en-suite double bedroom alongside the main bathroom. A short set of steps heads up to a landing with the games area, featuring a small pool table, alongside the final bedrooms: a charming king-size and a lovely double. Double doors open from both the kitchen and the lounge into the private and enclosed garden. With a BBQ, two patio areas and plenty of outdoor furniture, this is a great space for dining on a sunny summer’s day.

Saltburn is a friendly seaside town with a picturesque beach, some fantastic pubs and restaurants, and popular attractions including the cliff tramway, a Victorian pier, a miniature railway and the Saltburn Valley Gardens. Heading along the coast you can spend a relaxing afternoon at Staithes (9 miles) or a day by the sea at Redcar (7 miles).

The location is excellent for the town and the beach. Parking for two cars. Small garden.

Lovely location , parking a great bonus. Bed linen perfect. We had bad luck the weather was atrocious, so didnt get chance to use the lovely garden seating area.

We had a fabulous weekend in this impressive, tastefully decorated and comfortable house. Friendly hosts who did their best to make us welcome and look after us. Useful to have parking spaces, central to the beautiful beach and local shops. Thank you ­­­­­

What a lovely house to stay in. We were a family of 5 adults and 6 children and we all loved it. Excellent location to beach and shops. We had a query, got in touch with the holiday cottages team who sorted it immediately. Would definitely stay again

A perfect place for a large family get together, dog friendly, spacious, we loved it. 10mins walk to beach, loved the venicular on the way back up the hill, nice cafes and restaurants and east access to nearby Whitby, Sandsend and Staithes

We had a great family holiday. Brilliant location so close to everything, beach, supermarket, restaurants & takeaways, bookshops, delis and had the Folk Festival as well! The welcome pack was lovely, with something for everyone. A couple of issues were dealt with promptly by the friendly local staff and a great time was had by all! Location of property was excellent with plenty of shops, bistros etc and close to beach. People in local area very friendly. Owner was very friendly when spoke to him about time of arrival etc. We felt the house was over priced for what we paid with lack of cleanliness, doors that didnt shut leaving you with no privacy and outdoor shower unclean anRead mored not accessible as used as storage space instead. No outdoor cinema as stated. A Tv in bedrooms would have been nice. Hide

Really lovely well situated house, beach at the end of the road. Perfect for our large family to get together with a good configuration of bedrooms. Appreciated the well stocked, locally sourced, welcome basket with something in for every age and member of our party. We hope to make a return visit at some point.
