Boasting an enviable location in Filey, just minutes from the beach, this two-bedroom apartment is the perfect base for your seaside break.

Stay in a heritage townhouse on the Yorkshire coast with loved ones and enjoy special time spent together. This coastal apartment is in a stunning Victorian building in North Yorkshire’s Filey, mere metres from the beach and the spectacular appeal of the coastline. Four guests are invited to admire sea views from this two-storey apartment and soak up the fresh sea air in the garden with a morning coffee or late-night drink. The centre of Filey is within easy walking distance (0.5 miles), benefiting from a handful of tourist attractions, plenty of local shops and a selection of quality eateries for those hoping to spend their holiday close to home.

High ceilings, bay windows and an ornate feature fireplace add to the overall appeal of this historic house. Step inside to find everything laid out on the ground and lower ground floors. The lounge is a family-focused space with a Smart TV, a table where board games can be enjoyed and an abundance of comfortable seating to sink into as the day ends. Down the hallway, the kitchen/diner will always be busy with food prep and those hunting for snacks in between meals. The two bedrooms are on the ground floor, one is a twin and the other a larger super-king-size with a zip-and-link bed adding to the property’s versatility.

Along with the magnificent beach backed by amusements and crazy golf, Filey also offers a local museum, a distillery with invigorating tours and a golf club on the edge of town (0.5 miles). Admire the town from a vantage point at Filey Brigg (2 miles), walking through a cliff-top country park to reach the impressive peninsula. Find time to visit North Yorkshire’s famous town of Scarborough (8 miles), accessible in the car or via a regular train service from Filey town centre.

Fantastic location. Comfortable beds and sofas. Great shower. It is an old house so it is cold even in the summer so take warm loungewear and slippers.

Cosy apartment in a great location. Great welcome pack and owner thought of everything to make it home from home. Turn left from the cottage and there is the sea. Great walk along the Brigg. Good to have parking just outside the apartment.
