A contemporary, newly built property perfect for a coastal escape situated in Bridlington - ideal for families and couples.

This contemporary, stylish house is nestled in a small and quiet development located within easy reach of Bridlington town centre and the beach. There are two award-winning beaches of golden sand that stretch out on either side of the historic harbour. Beautifully designed promenades provide everything from funfairs to quiet places where you can sit and watch the world go by. Flamborough Head is an outdoor lover's paradise and is a great place for bird watching and you may even seals or dolphins. The RSPB Bempton Cliffs are towering chalk cliffs home to 250,000 seabirds. For a fun-filled excursion, hop on a boat ride setting off from Bridlington Harbour; take the Yorkshire Belle cruise up to see the lighthouse at Flamborough Head for a scenic view of the coast as you bob along the waters. For the more able Danes Dyke is well worth a visit, have a walk on the rocky beach or through the woodland. The younger guests amongst you will enjoy the play park, activities and animals at nearby Sewerby Hall or The Bird of Prey Centre.

Step into a welcoming entrance hall. Once inside, get a feel for the stylish and tastefully furnished interior with thoughtful touches throughout. Head through to the bright open-plan kitchen/dining area, designed perfectly for social get-togethers with all of the family in mind. Rustle up a feast in the kitchen while your group are gathered at the dining table planning the next adventure. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob/oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Whilst you cook, have the TV on in the background to keep the younger guests entertained! Off the kitchen is a useful utility room with washing machine and microwave. After dinner, make your way into the cosy lounge room, sit back on one of the comfortable sofas and watch a movie on the Smart TV. There is also a convenient ground floor WC off the hallway. When it's time to retire, make your way upstairs to find three well-appointed and individually designed bedrooms all with king-size beds and plenty of storage. The main bedroom has a private en-suite shower room with a shower and WC. To complete the accommodation, the beautiful family bathroom features a shower over the bath and a WC.

Outside, you'll discover a generous sized enclosed garden, ideal for al fresco dining. Slide open the door from the kitchen and eat your breakfast or evening meals at the table. Enjoy your morning coffee on the lounge set or relax in the hammock with a good book in these peaceful surroundings. There is a secure garage which is excellent for bikes or water sports equipment if you feel like exploring the Yorkshire coast on two wheels. There is parking available for two cars. Please note there are no car charging facilities at this property

Modern property in a quiet location. Short drive to town centre and beach. Lots of places nearby to visit. Also, garden centre next door sells tasty cakes. Beds very comfortable. Fully enclosed garden for dog. Unfortunately, on arrival discovered property had not been cleaned properly. So, contacted owner who arranged for the cleaner to return.

The house is beautiful at the back of a lovely quiet development. There is ample parking for 2 cars. The house is clean, welcoming and well equipped with pretty much everything you can think of. The kitchen is a great size for cooking and entertaining and the garden would be a great space too in better weather than we had! A very comfortable house . Well looked after . In a convenient position for a lot of good destinations , country houses , beaches and cliff top walks . We may well use this house again in the future.

This accommodation is superb throughout - like home from home - everything you need for a lovely break in Brid. We took our two dogs and baby granddaughter and had the best holiday ever. We did have to contact the owners with a question and they responded immediately - Absolute A* Hosts - We will definitely return. It was truly a home away from home. Well equipped and well thought through for entertainment also. We had everything we needed and it was a perfect base for days out to explore other local areas also. We would definitely be back in the future, hopefully when it is better weather :).

The Dexters Den is a lovely cosy warm home from home. Spacious, clean, lovely decor and was a fabulous week for all of us. The owners went above and beyond for us... fantastic property!

We had a lovely stay, the location is great for exploring Bridlington and the surrounding areas, it was very handy having Eastfield Garden Centre just a 5 minute walk from the house. We brought our dog with us and it's always nice to have an enclosed garden for the dog to play, the garden is a decent size and fully secure. Dexters Den is a home from home. It is comfortable and very well equipped. The property is positioned in a very quiet corner. It has a lovely garden great for dogs to have a run around in. The owners seem to have thought of everything, there is even a nice treat left for your arrival. There are plenty of places to visit within close proximity and sRead moreome great beaches for dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dexters Den. The house is so comfortable and homely and has everything in that you will need, the beds are So comfortable we had fab sleep whilst there. Eastfield garden centre just a short walk away is lovely, got a great restaurant in there too. So many places to visit, Scarborough, Whitby, Pickering , Moulton leRead more Dale all a little drive away. Dexter's Den is absolutely stunning. Fabulous location, ideal for Bridlington beaches or for further afield. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The beds are super comfy. A beautiful, modern house, well equipped with quality furnishings, equipment etc. very comfortable master bed. A quiet location on the outskirts of Bridlington, with a lovely garden centre nearby with a reasonably priced cafe. It was our 52nd anniversary on the last day of our stay & we had a delicious evening meal at Burlingtons in the Old Town. This is a wonderful holiday home in a great location just out of the town, but allowed for easy access to travel to surrounding beautiful locations. We loved the Beaconsfield Promenade end of Bridlington which is just away from the very tourist part of the beaches/town. A clean, comfortable new build on a small, quiet estate with easy access to Bridlington and surrounding area. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Private garden with outdoor furniture on patio which is especially good in the mornings as it is in full sun. Owners are helpful and easy to contact if necessary.
