This beautiful, contemporary property in the picturesque village of Holme has been completely transformed from a former post office. Set in the stunning surrounds of the Peak District, with charming streets and breathtaking views all around, it’s the perfect location for walkers and cyclists alike - the Pennine Way is within easy reach and there are a multitude of scenic trails from the doorstep. There is a traditional pub serving food just a short stroll away (100m), while the bustling village of Holmfirth is just 3 miles away with many quirky shops and restaurants to enjoy. Take a trip to the renowned Holmfirth Vineyard or visit the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.

As you enter this beautiful property you will be instantly wowed by the bright and spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. With high ceilings and contemporary touches, it is the perfect space to relax in front of the wood burner and enjoy a drink with friends. The open-plan space is great for socialising as you can sit at the dining table and chat to the chef as they rustle up a home-cooked meal. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you could need, including an electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. As you walk up the concrete staircase to the stylish landing, you will find three good-sized bedrooms: one king-size, one double and one triple bunk bedroom (single over double). There is a large bathroom with roll top bath, shower and WC, and a separate shower room with WC.

Externally, there is a secure outhouse for bike storage. Parking is available in a courtyard across the road on a first come, first served basis.
