A luxuriously decorated and furnished stone cottage boasting picturesque views and space for seven guests to enjoy holidaying together in the Yorkshire countryside. Open-plan living makes this a sociable home, and an extensive garden is great for frolicking or al fresco dining.
Stepping inside, you will find the cottage-style kitchen/diner which has heated flooring through, to keep your toes toasty. Rustle up delicious dinners on the Range oven and prepare picnics on the plentiful surface space. A handy breakfast bar, and six-seater dining table is also provided. Wind down after your busy days in the cosy lounge, which has comfortable seating for all guests, a Smart TV, and a roaring wood burner. Finishing up the ground floor is a handy utility room which has laundry facilities, a shower, and a WC. When the day is done, climb the stairs to the sumptuous bedrooms. Here are two king-size bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and a single bedroom, all offering up pretty views and comfortable furnishings. Completing the cottage’s interior are two family bathrooms. Outside, you will find a patio complete with BBQ and garden furniture, and a spacious lawn area, take a seat and soak up the panoramic views of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
Set in a lovely, secluded spot above Swaledale, you will enjoy peace and quiet and see rolling countryside as far as the eye can see. Civilisation isn’t far off though with the charming village of Low Row 1 mile away, which has a quaint little pub serving up food. There are an abundance of walking and cycling routes from this spot, too. Take a stroll to the ruins of Old Gang Smelting Mill (3 miles) along the river or spend a day in the bustling town of Richmond (15 miles).
