This pretty property is just 3 miles from the glorious shores of Filey Beach, which boasts breathtaking views from Filey Brigg. Ideal for families, it features an open-plan layout, a sun trap garden, and a games room for the young at heart!

Home-from-home style seamlessly blends with modern convenience in this delightful holiday home. The inviting hallway welcomes you to store sandy shoes and coats before entering into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Extend the living space by throwing open the patio doors and letting the summer breeze whip through the room. On chilly nights, cosy up in front of the wood burner-effect electric fire and catch up on the latest programmes. Your head chef will feel right at home in the thoughtfully equipped kitchen, which also offers ample room to gather for family banquets or show off your BBQ’ing skills out on the south-facing enclosed patio. The outbuilding will be a hit with the children, especially in competitions over the table football. When you’re truly tired out, a staircase leads you to the first floor, where you will be met with three seaside-themed rooms: a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a double room. Each bedroom also boasts a TV for those leisurely breakfasts in bed.

Drive 3 miles to swim or paddle at the marvellous beach of Filey. Miles of superb beach, delicious fish and chips and a slower pace of life make for the perfect day out at this former fishing village. Ramp up the pace with a trip to Scarborough (10 miles) for endless attractions, including donkey rides, waterparks, arcades and many highly-rated restaurants. Spend an afternoon monkeying around at Go Ape (24 miles), while keen walkers may like to head inland to discover the unspoiled greenery of the North Riding Forest Park (21 miles).

Everything was perfect and absolutely everything we needed was there.Spotless cleanwe could have eaten off the floors.We had a lovely holiday and visited all the local places.the Piebald pub is a five minute walk away and we finished off our holiday there with a lovely meal.Would definitely recommend the bungalow and the area for visiting ScarborouRead moregh and the local seaside towns. Lovely bungalow, clean and tidy on arrival. Only a few minutes drive to the beach or the town of Filey. Dog friendly with enclosed garden which is safe for kids and dogs. Would highly recommend it

We had an excellent stay over the New Year. The house is well laid out in a quiet residential area a short drive from the coast. The walk to the beach via Hunmanby Gap is also do-able, especially with a stop at the local dog friendly pub on the way back! Havercroft is in a convenient location for the village of Humanby and the east coast. The communal areas of the house were spacious enough for 5 of us and the dog was super safe in the enclosed garden. We loved a bit of table football and the additional use of the wii console on an evening. Easy to walk into village and the pubs.

Lovely bungalow 5 minute drive from the beach. If it's just adults you could walk in 15 to 20 minutes but it's along a narrow winding road with no paths so I don't recommend walking with children, even though it very quiet. Table football in the garage is great for the kids and adults, all fitted out properly, even a tv in it with a Nintendo wi. AlRead moreso lots of games to kill some rainy days, monopoly, scrabble, etc, even a couple of jigsaw. Very quiet location a short walk into a lovely village. Hide

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this beautiful bungalow. The location is lovely and peaceful, easy to get to local beaches and amenities in the car. The bungalow itself is spacious, immaculately clean and stylishly decorated. It contained everything you could possibly need for your stay, and it had a lovely private back garden, totally dog safe. Very nice bungalow in quiet location. Very convenient for Filey and Scarborough. Equipped with everything you need and games room great for the kids. We would definitely stay again if in the area in the future.
